At the heart of snow-covered Zillertal. Just park your car right in front of our modern chalet, check in, and make yourself at home. And it gets even better: our private ski slope access takes you right into the snow fun. And you can return just as easily in the evening.
Our in-house ski hire service and professional ski school will be happy to take care of any needs you might have. On request, we can even obtain lift passes or book a restaurant for you. For that special occasion, we would recommend the “Alexander” restaurant (awarded three toques in the Gault-Millau guide), located just opposite to us.
At Chalet Hochfügen you can enjoy private moments in four high-quality furnished apartments in a prime location. Each suite sleeps four to six persons and has a private ski room with direct access to the slopes. In the luxury chalet in the middle of Zillertal, sheer wellness is at your disposal: our Nimbus and Stratus apartments have their own sauna and relaxation room, and all other apartments are equipped with a heat cabin to help you relax after skiing.
A branch of the celebrated ski school and ski rental outlet skiCHECK is actually located in our premises. skiCHECK will take care of all your needs related to private courses, group courses, freeride training, junior programs and of course state-of-the-art ski and snowboard hire. Your apartment on one or two levels in the chalet will spoil you with luxury. Our four individual suites can accommodate up to six persons, and are located directly next to the ski slopes. In the morning, be the first to hit the freshly groomed slopes, or enjoy the mountain lifestyle with a leisurely breakfast. After an active day, the private sun terrace beckons with a stunning evening panorama.
All our apartments are also available in reduced size as apartments for two persons!
This 220 m2 luxury apartment with its striking architectural features in an absolutely top location offers living space for up to 6+ persons. On the ground floor are the bedrooms, with the bathrooms and the fitness room, and an adjoining private ski storage room that leads directly to the ski slopes.
A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a semi-circular dining and living area with large windows and fireplace. The modern kitchen adjoins the living area. The upper floor also houses the relaxation and wellness area in a conservatory-like structure. From there you have direct access to the sun terrace with its 270° panoramic views.
The 130 m2 apartment offers luxurious comfort for 5+ people. Stone stairs from the entry lounge take you to the upper apartment, which is located directly next to the slopes and has a private ski room.
From the anteroom you have access to the open-plan living area with adjoining designer kitchen and modern dining area. The fine oak wood finishings and stone walls with glazed fireplace lend the apartment a special flair. There is also a sun terrace with 270° panoramic views!
Our 110 m2 "penthouse apartment" provides plenty of space for 5+ persons. Stone stairs from the entry area take you to the upper apartment, which is located directly next the slopes and has a private ski room.

The apartment provides 4+ persons with luxurious living comfort on 90 m2. The entry lounge as well as the ski room on the ground level are additional features of this apartment.
From the cosy entrance you reach the open-plan living area using a modern wooden staircase. The kitchen and the dining table have been set back slightly and thus provide a slightly different feel to that in the lounge area. The large glass windows open onto the sun terrace with 270° panoramic views.
