to try our legendary “Hutessen”. Discover this unique “fondue a là Tirol” speciality available only at the Aar-Wirt and famed far and wide. For this spectacular meal that serves several people, an iron hat-shaped griddle is heated directly at your table. The “brim” is filled with homemade beef broth and fine vegetable julienne. You can grill the supplied marinated strips of organic pork, beef and turkey on the side of the heated “hat” to your taste. Baked potatoes, salads and various sauces round out this unparalled culinary experience. The longer the “hat” simmers, the more intense the broth becomes and the more delightful the evening. You can't eat like this anywhere else!
