The somewhat different "restaurant" on Hochfügen's ski slopes
Although not actually a restaurant, the BMW Mountains Event SNOWLICIOUS® has been providing culinary sensations since the winter season 2018/19. Award-winning chef Alexander Fankhauser, known from frequent appearances in Austrian TV cooking programs, takes his PRINOTH food truck to the most beautiful locations in the Hochfügen ski area, serving top finger foods directly on the slopes. Pea soup with roasted shrimp, gravadlax with black pudding sushi, puree-filled mini peppers, crispy pork belly with dumplings and champagne sauerkraut and truffled veal tartare are just a few of the creations he has already managed to conjure up in this tiny 4 m2 kitchen. There is also a DJ on the roof of the truck to juice up the mood with hot beats and hit sounds. And if you're lucky, you might even rub shoulders with other star chefs and celebrities at SNOWLICIOUS®. Relax in the deck chairs by the snow bar and linger a while.
