Freeriding requires more from those who enjoy winter sports than just the ability to ski. You not only need to be physically fit – you also need to have the right mental attitude.
You must learn how to use the protection and avalanche equipment and rehearse what to do in the event of an emergency. You can obtain this knowledge in one of many good humoured and fun training sessions and courses offered by Zillertal freeride experts and external partners.
