All skiers and snowboarders must behave in such a way that they do not endanger or prejudice others.
All skiers and snowboards must move with control. They must adapt their speed and style to their personal ability and the terrain, snow and weather conditions as well as the density of traffic.
A skier and snowboarder coming from behind must choose their route in such a way that they do not endanger skiers and snowboarders ahead.
A skier or snowboarder may overtake another above and below, on the right or left, but must leave the slower skier or snowboarder enough room for manoeuvre.
Any skier or snowboarder entering a downhill run, starting again after a stop or moving up the slope must make sure that they do so without endangering themselves or others.
Every skier and snowboarder must avoid stopping in narrow places or where visibility is restricted unless this is absolutely unavoidable. A fallen skier or snowboarder must vacate such a spot as soon as possible.
A skier or snowboarder ascending or descending on foot must keep to one side of the piste.
All skiers and snowboarders must observe all markings and signs.
In case of accidents every skier and snowboarder is obligated to help.
Every skier or snowboarder, whether witness or participant, whether responsible or not, must provide their personal details in case of an accident.
