The BMW Mountains Event SNOWLICIOUS® brings award-winning food right to the piste! From his PRINOTH food truck, TV chef Alexander Fankhauser (awarded three toques in the Gault Millau guide) serves up culinary delights in the most beautiful locations of the Hochfügen ski resort. Roast pork with dumplings and champagne sauerkraut or pea soup with roasted shrimp - you can practically taste them as you ski by. With a DJ on the roof of the truck, the snow bar and special drinks such as cranberry gin and tonic, you can enjoy the Zillertal alpine panorama as you relax in the Chill Out Lounge on a deck chair next to the heater. This event is a must for culinary connoisseurs.
